C2ME INC. is a licensee of the TRUSTe Web Privacy Seal Program.  TRUSTe is an independent organization whose mission is to build user’s trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices.  This privacy statement covers the Web site www.monetime.com and www.monetime.info  Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first contact C2ME INC at info@monetime.com .  If you do not receive acknowledgement of your inquiry or your inquiry has not been satisfactorily addressed, you should contact TRUSTe at http://www.truste.org/consumers/watchdog_complaint.php TRUSTe will then serve as a liaison with us to resolve your concerns.

This is the privacy policy of the Monetime web site ("Monetime" or the "Site"), a service of c2mE Inc. ("c2mE"). By using the Site you are consenting to the use, collection and disclosure of your personal information by c2me in accordance with, and agreeing to the provisions of, this privacy policy.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

- This privacy policy covers how Monetime treats personal information that Monetime collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable - like your name, address, email address, or phone number.
- Children under 16 are not permitted to use the Monetime service, and so this privacy policy makes no provision for children's use of the site.

Information Collection and How Information is used

General Information

- Monetime collects personal information when you register with Monetime to use Monetime services or to post content on Monetime.
- When you register we ask for your email address, your name, your address, your telephone number and certain optional information such as time zone, keywords, biographical information.
- For a Monetime seller account, we will ask for your billing address, phone number, and credit card and/or PayPal information.
- Monetime automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie, and the page you request.
- Monetime uses information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting.

IP Addresses

IP Addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP address is stored in our user registration databases when you register with Monetime.

IP addresses may be used for various purposes, including:

- To diagnose or service technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP.
- To tailor advertising based on geographic area or other information derived from your IP address. Aggregate information derived from IP addresses may also be reported to advertisers.
- To estimate the total number of users visiting Monetime from specific geographical regions.

Cookies

Cookies are small amounts of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, which is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

- You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set.
- If you reject all cookies, you will not be able to use Monetime products or services that require you to "sign in and you may not be able to take full advantage of the Monetime service.
- Monetime uses its own cookies for a number of purposes, including to:
   + Access your information when you "sign in". The cookies are not tied to personal information. However, the cookies can track the Time zone location you set on your account.
   + Keep track of preferences you specify while you are using Monetime's services.
   + Display the most appropriate advertising banners, based on your interests and activity on Monetime.
   + Estimate and report our total audience size and traffic.
   + Conduct research to improve Monetime's content and services.

• Monetime lets other companies (such as Google) that show advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Other entities' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not www.monetime.com’s privacy policy. Advertisers or other entities do not have access to Monetime's cookies.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Definition:

In this privacy policy "Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us, or to other Users through us, in relation to the Monetime service, including the registration, booking, listing or feedback process (including, without limitation, any description of services listed), your postings on the message boards, such as the blog section of the site, and any other content that you post within the Site. You are solely responsible for Your Information you choose to post on these public areas of the site, and we act as a mere conduit for the online distribution and publication of Your Information. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.

Monetime does not rent, sell, or share Your Information with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested or when we have your consent.

- If you change particular fields in your profile settings to "public", your details will be publicly viewable. You have the option to control what information is displayed to the public or kept private.
- We may from time to time use the services of affiliates, subsidiaries and unrelated service providers in the operation of the Site, and may disclose personal information to them in the course of our use of their services. For example, we may use the services of third-party hosting companies including Live Chat, credit card processors and the like to host the operation of the Site. This may involve the hosting of data, including personal information, on servers operated by those hosting companies. We take care to use only service providers that we believe are reputable and able to live up to our and your expectations, including about the handling of confidential information.
- Monetime may share anonymized, aggregated information, including demographic information, with third parties including business partners. Your Information that is personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in this manner without your permission (i.e. we will ask you for a quote or testimonial).
- We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries and demands for information that are made under force of law, and may disclose information in emergency situations. Therefore, we may provide personal information to law enforcement agencies and others in what we believe to be emergency situations, we may provide personal information where required by statute, court order, warrant, legal process or lawful authority, and we may provide it to our legal counsel in connection with the foregoing. In some cases, personal information that we collect may be stored or processed outside of Canada, and is therefore subject to the legal jurisdiction of those countries.
- We will transfer Your Information about you if Monetime is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Monetime will notify you by email or by putting a prominent notice on the Monetime web site before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Editing and Deleting Account Information

- You can change your Monetime Account Information, at any time by logging into your account on our site and changing the information we have on file for you. You can login here: https://www.monetime.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fsecure%2fhome.aspx , click on the ‘HOME’ tab at the top and then click on ‘Edit account details’ in the ‘QUICK LINKS’ box. Under the ‘My Account’ tab, in the ‘User details’ box, click on ‘Edit>>’ at the bottom to change your information. You can also change this information by sending an email to info@monetime.com. If you wish to unsubscribe from Monetime email communications you can do so online via the link above or send an email to info@monetime.com to unsubscribe.
- We may send you certain communications relating to the Monetime service, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your Monetime account.
- You may request to delete your Monetime account at any time by emailing info@monetime.com. however, please note that your identification, billing and contact information may remain in Monetime's records for some period.
- We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
- Your Monetime Account Information is password-protected.
- We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.  No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.  Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.  In certain areas, Monetime uses SSL-encryption to protect sensitive personal information. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission. Your personal data is protected through the use of firewalls and all of our servers are hosted in protected facilities.

Import Contacts

We utilize an import contacts feature powered by Plaxo to help you keep in touch with your contacts.  We make it easy for you to invite people from your email address books to join you on our Site. At your request we will search your email address book to help you import your contacts to our site. Once the contacts have been entered on the site, you must manually choose each email address you wish to send a one time email correspondence. This email will come from the email address we have on file for your account. When you enter in your personal information via the Plaxo widget, this information is covered by the Plaxo privacy policy. You can also email third parties from the control panel section of the site. You can also manually add contacts in the control panel section of the site. If any third parties wish to have their personal information deleted from the site they can email info@monetime.com.

Widget

This site uses the “Add This” widget where personal information is collected in the form of the invite-a-friend feature. This feature is used to send a one-time  invite to the third party email address you entered through the widget. The personal information entered on this widget is subject to the privacy policy of the “Add This” widget. Monetime shares no responsibility in regards to the personal information entered through the widget.

Invite a Friend

If you feel that the services of Monetime.com and monetime.info could be useful for a third party you know (e.g. your friends or family members etc), you may use our referral service. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site.

 

Your Use of Other Users' Information

In order to facilitate interaction among all Monetime community members, our service allows you limited access to other users' contact information. As a seller you have access to the User ID, email address and other contact information of the buyer and as a buyer you have access to the User ID, email address and other contact information of the seller. By using our services you agree that, with respect to other users' personally identifiable information that you obtain through the Site or through an Monetime-related communication or Monetime-facilitated transaction, you may only use such information in good faith for:

a. Monetime-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages and relate to your genuine participation in a Monetime-facilitated transaction;
b. the Services; and
c. any other purpose that such User expressly agrees to after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s).

Any use by you of the information of other Users must be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation data protection and privacy laws. In all cases, you must give Users an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personally identifiable information about another User to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other user after adequate disclosure.

Transfer of Data.

We view protection of Users' privacy as a very important community principle. Please note that your information will be stored and processed on our computers. Monetime will hold and transmit Your Information in a safe, confidential and secure environment. Your registration constitutes your consent to the storage and subsequent transfer of Your Information - if you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not register.

Monetime may update this privacy policy at any time for any reason. If there are any significant changes to this privacy policy we will send a notice to the primary email address specified in your Monetime account and post a prominent notice on our homepage.
